Bitner Vineyards invites our Top Supporters of 2025 to join us for a special evening on our deck featuring Aaron Horsewood’s family-inspired Sonoran dinner and a showcase of cellared Bitner Vineyards Tempranillo, highlighting the beauty and aging potential of our limited-production library wines.

CANTINA NIGHT MENU

APPETIZER

Served Buffet Style, 5:30 pm - 6:15 pm

Chips & Queso
Fresh-cut and fried corn chips served hot with volcano salt, accompanied by house-made heirloom tomato salsa and creamy house-made queso.

DINNER
Served Buffet Style, 6:00 pm - 6:45 pm

Big Creek / Tortillas – Seed to Sequoia
Fresh sourdough tortillas served warm with mountain huckleberry butter.

Sonoran / Wedge
Baby romaine wedge topped with toasted pistachios, roasted sweet peppers, shaved queso fresco, chili-crisp onions, Sonoran bacon, smoked corn, and tortilla “dirt,” served with smoked cumin ranch dressing.

Guacho Fire / Corn
Fire-roasted corn on the cob smothered in a red chili sour cream sauce, served on the husk with a lime wedge.

Tijuana Fried / Rice
Emili long-grain rice pan-roasted with scallions, chili pork, green chiles, eggs, and carrots, finished with fresh lime and cilantro.

Tequila Hot Honey / Chicken – B.Y.O. Taco Bar
Vogel Farms whole roasted chicken, slow-roasted over Idaho hardwood and lacquered with tequila, hot honey, and fresh-squeezed lime. Served with corn tortillas, flour tortillas, guacamole, queso fresco, shaved cabbage, pico de gallo, and lime crème fraîche.

Idaho Tres / Leche
Traditional Spanish milk cake layered with a Mexican vanilla bean Chantilly cream and a huckeberry liqour.
